Course Description
Well-run projects depend entirely on the foundation laid in the initial planning stages, care and precision in project organization, and excellent teamwork. This course offers a detailed look at the characteristics of projects and a hands-on team simulation of the project planning and management process. Project Planning and Organization is the first course in the Project Management Certificate program, and should be taken before the other three Project Management courses.
