Course Description

Keeping up with the ever-changing digital world is a challenge – even for digital professionals. To deliver compelling, relevant, and effective digital programs, you must have a comprehensive framework for identifying the most common drivers of digital communications and interactive experiences. And you must be able to create insightful strategies that define and guide a wide array of disciplines required to bring your digital experiences to life, including branding, design, usability, technology, and development.

Notes

For students pursuing the certificate, there is a required “Fourth day” presentation, the date of which will be determined during the first course. It involves an Ignite style, 5 minute presentation on your brand, your company or a non-profit, given to a panel of judges made up of local industry professionals. The top 5 presenters from this class may have the opportunity to present at the SoMe (Social Media) Awards, held in May in Portland.
