This course covers aspects of selection principles, retention applications, and exercises for hiring employees. The format provides a roadmap for the talent aquisition process. It provides you with the landscape of the current talent pool and strategies to help your managers make smarter hiring decisions by improving the accuracy and efficiency of the decision making process. The course also provides you an overview with the changing world of work in today's environment and takes a wholistic view of the talent acquisition process.
