Course Description

While building a fundamental understanding of group process and development, this ciourse offers students case studies and in-class exercises to learn and practice group skills: e.g., facilitation and leadership. This course is designed for internal and external professionals who are involved in leading or facilitating groups, teams, or project groups. It builds a theoretical framework for understanding group development and process.
