While offering an overview and theory of base-pay compensation, this course is primarily designed to address the practical issues you face in creating and administering a compensation program. Course materials include sample forms, policies, and documents.

Notes

Management of Human Resources(BH101) is strongly recommended as the first course, especially for those entering the certificate program with less than two years experience in the field.
