Course Description

The objective of the Green Belt exam is to provide a review and reinforcement of key concepts covered through the end of the Green Belt curriculum. The instructor reviews the questions and answers with participants the sessions prior to the exam. The participants take the exam at the beginning of this session. Upon completion, the instructor reviews the exam with the participants once again as reinforcement, and the exam isn’t graded for pass or fail.

The second half of this session allows participants to present to their classmates on their progress and findings to date for their selected Six Sigma projects. Green Belt certification requires the initiation of a project but doesn’t require completion of the project prior to completing the curriculum and receiving their certification.
